Job summary

Austin Dean Recruitment is seeking experienced Care Workers, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for assignments across Milton Keynes and surrounding area. Flexible agency shifts include domiciliary care in people’s homes, call bell response, children’s homes, day centres, night care and respite support for foster carers through agreed activities.

Weekly pay, with a dedicated consultant to help you find suitable assignments and support you through registration, are provided to help you

Qualifications

• At least 12 months care or support experience in the UK.
• Caring, reliable approach and good communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Mandatory Training.
• Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Availability to travel to assignments in the Milton Keynes area.

Responsibilities

• Provide domiciliary care in people's homes.
• Call bell response and night care as required.
• Support clients in community and residential settings.
• Assist with respite care for foster carers through activities.
