Job summary

Austin Dean Recruitment is recruiting experienced Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants for agency shifts in residential care homes across the Northampton and Daventry areas. You will support residents with personal care, daily routines, meals and activities, while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Shifts are flexible with weekly pay and a choice of locations. You will follow care plans, keep accurate records, report concerns to staff, travel to assignments, have Level 2 in Health

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience in a UK care home or similar care setting.
• A caring, reliable approach and good communication skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding and safe care practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily routines.
