Job summary

Austin Dean Recruitment is seeking an Agency Care Assistant to support residents in Dudley and Brierley Hill. You will join a team delivering person-centred care and assist with daily activities, meals and mobility, while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar care role.

• Certificates showing you have completed practical manual handling and other required care training before starting.

Looking for care shifts that work around your life? Austin Dean Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants to support residents in Brierley Hill and the wider Dudley area.

You'll be part of a care team that helps residents feel comfortable, respected and supported. If you enjoy building connections with people and making their day a little better, we'd love to hear from you.

Shifts may include:

• Early: 07:30-14:00 or 07:30-14:30
• Late: 14:00-21:30
• Night: 21:30-07:30
