With minimum visits of one hour, as a care professional, you are never rushed! You will be awarded a competitive pay rate as well as being paid for mileage and travel time. We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Mansfield as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients stay independent in their own homes.
No experience or particular qualifications are required to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. Your onboarding will include industry-leading induction processes and in-house training. You will have the opportunity to complete Care Certificates and enroll in City & Guilds NVQ level courses if desired.
GCSEs are preferred but not essential. Care experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
