We are looking for individuals with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of our clients to join us as Care Professionals. In this role, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients remain independent in their own homes.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are required to become a Care Professional. However, experience in a care setting or with older adults—such as caring for a family member or voluntary work—would be beneficial. You should be passionate about supporting others, reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and enjoy building professional relationships while being comfortable spending time with others.
This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth. Your onboarding will include industry-leading induction processes and in-house training. You will have the opportunity to complete Care Certificates and, if interested, enroll in City & Guilds NVQ level courses.
GCSEs are preferred but not essential. Care experience is also preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
