Starting Salary is £24,790 (Level one) rising to £25,584 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

Care Workers at Level 1 implement Care Plans, report concerns, monitor care and welfare, and record accurate information on various documentation. They work collaboratively with other professionals, citizens, and their families to ensure continuity of care.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in implementing Care Plans and maintaining records.
  • Ability to support citizens in achieving independence and maintaining community contacts.
  • Understanding of the rights and needs of vulnerable adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.

A DBS enhanced check is required for this role.
