Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Team Manager - Driver for Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The role involves overseeing multiple services, leading support teams and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. A full driving licence and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification are essential.

Salary is £34,000 per annum. The role emphasises safeguarding, regulatory compliance and ongoing service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for person-centred care.
