Job summary

National Care Group Limited is recruiting a Team Leader for Affinity Supporting People South Limited in Accrington. You will support young adults with complex needs, plan daily activities, assist personal care, and help with medication as needed. A full UK driver’s licence is essential, and NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is expected.

You will work to deliver person-centred care, build strong relationships, and contribute to empowering individuals to live more independently.

Qualifications

You will need good communication and leadership to manage young adults with complex needs.
You must have a UK driver's licence to meet role requirements.
NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required or equivalent.
Understanding of person-centred care and non-discriminatory practice.

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities (cooking, cleaning, errands).
Assist with personal care and may include medication administration.
Plan and participate in days out and activities chosen by the individual.
Maintain clear records and follow statutory reporting procedures.
