Quantum Care is seeking a Care Team Manager for Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City. You will lead a 75-bed home, supervising staff, maintaining standards and promoting dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Diploma in Care.
• Must hold Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

• Oversee domestic operations to keep the home safe, clean and welcoming.

Care Team Manager

Contract: Full Time - Perm

Hour: 37 hours per week

Pay: £16.56 per hour weekdays & £17.56 per hour weekends

Shift Times: 7am to 2.30pm/2pm to 9.30pm - Weekdays and alternative Weekends

We are seeking a Care Team Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City. Garden City Court is a welcoming 75-bed residential care home where collaboration, compassion, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
