Job summary

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel in Aberystwyth. You will support the staff team and the people we support, ensuring care plans are delivered with enthusiasm and compassion.

Applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (or be willing to work towards it). The role includes sleep-in shifts (£60 per sleep-in) and on-call coverage (£10 per session).

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service and support staff and the people supported.
• Cover sleep-in sessions; you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
• Be part of the On Call rota for the service; you will be paid an additional £10 per session.
