Job summary

Shaftesbury Horizons in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations and lead a care team in a supportive, inclusive environment. The role involves day work with occasional night shifts.

Salary is £13.95 per hour for a 30-hour week, with benefits including a welcome bonus and generous holiday entitlements. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proactive leadership style.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota (£10 per session) and occasional sleep-in shifts (£60 per shift).
