Abbeyfield Living Society in Southampton is seeking a Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) for night shifts at Speedwell Court. You will be the on-shift senior carer, monitor residents' health and care needs, and ensure care plans are prepared, implemented and reviewed.
You will supervise team members, support staff development, and act as lead in emergencies. A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or commitment to achieve it is preferred, with a passion for exceptional resident care.

£14.77 p/h - £15.24 p/h
42 hours per week average, based on a 2 week rolling rota. Shifts include alternate weekend working.
8pm-8am. Based on a 2 week rolling rota, working x3 shifts week 1 and x4 shifts week 2.
