Abbeyfield Living Society in Southampton seeks a Care Team Leader to head shifts at Speedwell Court, guiding health and social care for residents. You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff and ensure compassionate, person-centred care on every shift.
The role requires an experienced Carer, ideally Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with strong organisation, medication skills and a commitment to residents and families.

We are now looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Speedwell Court.
Role: Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant)
Location: Speedwell Court, Mansbridge Road, West End, Southampton.
Pay: £14.77 p/h - £15.24 p/h
Hours: 08.00-20.00
Shifts: 42 hours per week average. Based on a 2 week rolling rota of x3 shifts week 1 and x4 shifts week 2. Contracts include alternate weekend working.
