Iffley Residential and Nursing Home, Anne Greenwood Close, Iffley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 4DN

£15.16 per hour

Role Overview:

As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident care, demonstrating compassion, care, and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will lead a team, support Care Assistants’ development, and ensure residents' comfort and well-being.

  • Work collaboratively to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
  • Must have medication training
  • Deliver personalized care in line with individual care plans
  • Facilitate leisure and social activities
  • Be kind, supportive, and professional to residents, families, and colleagues

Required Skills:

  • Teamwork and positive attitude
  • Care experience, NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
  • Genuine respect and care for older people
