Job description

Role: Team Manager in Retail Merchandising

Location: SLOUGH

Pay: £14.57 per hour (including holiday pay, £13.00 + £1.57)

Start: Immediate

Role Overview:

1. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers on retail projects such as new store openings, refits, and range reviews.
2. Manage tasks including stock removal and replacement, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client plans and systems.
3. Ensure health and safety checks and inductions are carried out.
4. Work 4-5 shifts per week, typically 12 hours, including days and nights, mainly nights. Shifts are from Sunday to Thursday.
5. Use smartphone apps to set availability, accept shifts, and clock in/out via RAS Dashboard.
6. Travel to different retail sites; accommodation provided when staying away.
7. Make decisions, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to management.
8. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
9. Work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.

Requirements: Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people; methodical with attention to detail; problem-solving skills; ability to work unsociable hours; manual handling capability.
