Anchor Hanover Group’s Eric Morecambe Home is seeking a Care Team Leader with a passion for compassionate, person-centred care. You will lead shifts, allocate staff, and support high-quality care for residents by following regulatory standards and best practices.
Ideal candidates have experience in senior care or are working towards an NVQ Level 2, with familiarity using MARRS and DCP systems to ensure accurate care planning and medication procedures.
