Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group’s Borrage House in Ripon is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to guide shifts, coordinate staff, and uphold high standards of resident care.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure medication procedures, care assessments, and regulatory compliance are consistently met, while fostering a warm, family-like culture in the home.
