Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Wharfeside Care Home in Otley. You will lead a friendly, dedicated team, oversee shifts, manage staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
