Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise shifts, allocate staff, and support high-quality care for residents. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to uphold care standards and ensure smooth operations across the team.

This role involves leading from the front, coordinating medications and care assessments, and maintaining regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, motivated care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising care teams and coordinating shifts.
• Ability to conduct care assessments and ensure medication procedures are followed safely.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in adult social care.
