Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to inspire and guide our care team in delivering compassionate, high-quality support to residents. You will oversee shifts, assign staff, and monitor medication procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will conduct care assessments, drive service improvements, and foster a positive culture that values resident dignity and wellbeing.
