Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee night shifts, lead the care team, and ensure high standards of resident care across shifts.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Manager, manage staff assignments, and ensure medication administration and care assessments are carried out in line with regulatory requirements. The role offers career progression and strong learning opportunities within a supportive framework.

Qualifications

40 hours per week, 2 week rolling rota - 9.30 pm - 7.30 am
