Abbeyfield House in Bramhall is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for night shifts. You will act as the senior carer on shift, oversee residents’ health and social needs, and ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed with accuracy.
You will supervise and develop team members, manage medication administration, and lead in emergencies to keep residents safe and well cared for. The role emphasizes compassion and excellence in care.

Location: Abbeyfield House, 120 Moss Lane Bramhall, SK7 1EE
Pay: £14.77 p/h - £15.24 p/h (£28,225.47 per annum)
Hours: 36.75
Shifts: 7:45pm - 8am
