HICA Cranwell Court in Grimsby is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the care team, ensure safe delivery of care and medication, and support residents with compassion. You will work under the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, mentoring staff and guiding care delivery with a resident‑centred approach.

The role requires experience in care, medication training, and confidence in supervising others. A strong team player mindset and proactive attitude are essential, with weekend rotas and shift

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, not essential.
• Medication training is required.
• Confident in supervising others and managing workloads.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new and existing staff.
• Review and update care plans.
• Prepare, administer, store and record medication.
• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
• Promote independence and enhance residents' quality of life.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents' families.
• Report safeguarding concerns promptly.
