Job summary

Creative Support Ltd in Grimsby is seeking a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our friendly team. You will lead a small team, provide person-centered practical and emotional support to residents, and help them achieve independence in daily living.

The role involves supervising other staff, managing caseloads, and delivering support plans in line with service objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to manage a team.
• Experience supporting people with housing-related support needs.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of people you support with individualized, outcome-focused practical and emotional support.
• Work in line with support plans to help people achieve tenancy, work readiness, community integration, independent living skills, financial management, health and wellbeing.
• Oversee other support workers' cases, ensuring positive outcomes and contract requirements are met.
• Support senior staff in planning and delivering smooth service operations, including staff supervision, rota planning, assessments, and devising support plans.
