Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in our Grimsby-based Supported Living service. You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and contribute to staff development and recruitment.

You’ll work with a friendly, values-driven team in a role that offers training, progression opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in training and development to progress within the role.
