Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for Fernihurst in Exmouth. You will support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home while guiding and encouraging Care Assistants in their development.

With a focus on personalised care, you will deliver care plans, coordinate leisure activities, and work as part of a team to enrich residents' lives. The role offers a supportive, inclusive culture and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
