Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to join the Ridgewood Court team in Wirral. You will support residents, work with colleagues to enrich their lives, and deliver personalised care according to individual plans.

The role requires clear communication, flexibility and a team-oriented approach. NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable for this position at our not-for-profit home. We support career development and an inclusive, caring culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Experience in care and supporting residents.
