The role involves leading shifts, mentoring staff, coordinating care plans and ensuring high standards while working closely with families and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in residential or nursing home care.
• Experience in Senior Care Assistant, Care Supervisor or Team Leader roles.
• Experience with medication administration.
• Understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards.
