Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in leading day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Hamilton and Blantyre, South Lanarkshire. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and a proven background in care leadership.

• Experience leading teams in health and social care settings.
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
