Job summary

Lifeways in Inverness is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in leading day-to-day operations of our supported living services. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will lead a team of support workers, drive recruitment and staff development, and ensure accurate records and compliant practice. We offer training, development, and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience in care leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
