We are seeking an experienced individual within the care sector, ideally with at least one year of experience. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organisational skills, diligence, mindfulness, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Each Field Care Supervisor supports Care Workers and clients in the field, providing guidance and building strong partnerships. The role involves both office-based and field visits to clients, next of kin, and Care Professionals. Responsibilities include delivering care calls and collaborating with the Scheduler, Registered Manager, and team. We seek a positive, friendly person committed to providing excellent care.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage Care Workers and Juniors in the field
• Assist Scheduler with weekly care worker rotas
• Complete care assessments and reviews
• Conduct spot checks and audits
• Ensure rotas are well-organized considering travel time
• Allocate care assignments based on individual needs and worker skills
• Coordinate with professionals (social workers, GPs, nurses) for holistic care
• Support customer visits, including personal care when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date care and customer records
• Cover calls as needed
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call service
• Assist with recruitment and compliance of new care workers

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior care experience
• Compassionate and dedicated individuals
• Availability for shifts from 6:30 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 10:30 pm, including alternate weekends
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
