We are seeking an experienced individual within the care sector, ideally with at least one year of experience. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organisational skills, diligence, mindfulness, and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Each of our Field Care Supervisors supports Care Workers and clients in the field, providing guidance and building strong partnerships. The role involves both office-based and field visits to clients, next of kin, and Care Professionals. Responsibilities include delivering care calls and collaborating with the Scheduler, Registered Manager, and team. We seek a positive, friendly person committed to providing the best care to our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing Care Workers and Juniors in the field
  • Support the Scheduler with weekly care worker rotas
  • Complete care assessments and reviews
  • Conduct spot checks and audits
  • Help organise rotas considering travel time
  • Allocate care assignments based on individual needs and worker skills
  • Coordinate with partner professionals (social workers, GPs, nurses) for holistic, person-centred care
  • Support the care manager with customer visits, including personal care if needed
  • Maintain up-to-date care and customer records
  • Cover calls as required
  • Participate in out-of-hours on-call service
  • Assist with recruitment, including interviews and compliance management
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior care role
  • Kind, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
  • Availability for shifts from 6:30am to 2pm and 3pm to 10:30pm, including alternate weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
