Job summary

Sanctuary Care is welcoming a motivated Care Team Leader to Breme Residential Care Home in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The role offers shift options: 33 hours per week days and 22 hours per week nights, with a pay of £15.34 per hour, and the chance to lead a compassionate team delivering personalised care.

You will support residents, promote wellbeing, and guide Care Assistants in development, within a values-driven organisation that invests in training and rewards dedication.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Clear communication and flexible working ability.
• Team player who values collaboration.
