Role Overview

As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident needs, demonstrating compassion and commitment, while supporting your team and developing Care Assistants.

• Work collaboratively to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
• Provide personalized care aligned with individual care plans
• Engage in leisure and social activities
• Be kind and supportive to residents, families, and colleagues

Required Skills

• Teamwork
• Care experience, NVQ3 in Social Care preferred
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility
• Genuine care for older people and their dignity
