Job summary

Agincare is looking for a Care Team Leader at Cheriton Care Home, Dorchester to lead by example, provide high‑quality care and companionship, and create a warm, safe home for residents and staff.

You will work 42 hours per week on day shifts, with alternate weekends. A minimum of 2 years’ social care experience and QCF Level 2 (or above) is required. We offer £14.36 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension, refer‑a‑friend rewards and on‑demand pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship

• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping

We’re Looking For
