Job summary

Beaufort Care Home in Burnham-on-Sea, part of Agincare Homes Holdings, is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and to lead a compassionate team. You will support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, and administer medication safely.

This role requires 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends, and a Level 2 Health & Social Care (or current progression to Level 3).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
