Job summary

Lifeways Group in the United Kingdom is seeking caring teammates to support people with complex needs, including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy and Down’s syndrome. You will assist with personal care, shopping, social activities and days out, promoting choice, dignity and respect within a close‑knit team.

DBS checks are paid for by the company. We offer a mix of full-time, part-time and bank contracts with shifts that vary weekly, supported by induction, ongoing development

Shift Details

• Full-time (36 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday)
• Part-time (24 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday)
• Sessional / Bank Contracts
• Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of a 12 hour shift

What You’ll Be Doing

Tanglewood is where people are supported to live happy, independent lives. We support both men and women with complex needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Down’s syndrome. Expect variety: personal care routines, shopping trips, karaoke, pamper days, socialising, community activities, and days out to various places. Your role is to promote choice, dignity, and respect every day while working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.
