Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join our Whitwood Services. You will help individuals we support to live more independently, supporting daily activities such as shopping, cooking, gardening and community involvement.

In this role you’ll work as part of a close-knit team, promoting choice, dignity and respect. We provide full training and development, DBS paid for, and a range of employee benefits.

Shift Details:

• Full-time (37.5hrs/week)
• Part-time & Sessional roles also available

What You’ll Be Doing:

At our Whitwood Services, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community. We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
