Job summary

Lifeways is looking for compassionate staff to support adults living with complex needs. The role involves promoting independence, dignity and choice in daily activities, with a variety of tasks from personal care to social outings. Training and DBS clearance are provided, and a supportive team environment is emphasised.

We offer a range of contracts including full-time, part-time and sessional/bank shifts, with shifts up to 12 hours and DBS funded by the company. No sponsorship offered.

• Support personal care routines and daily activities for residents.
• Assist with social activities, shopping trips and community events.

Full-time (36hrs/week between Monday–Sunday)

Part-time (24hrs/week between Monday–Sunday)

Sessional / Bank Contracts

Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of a 12 hour shift

What You’ll Be Doing

Tanglewood is where people are supported to live happy, independent lives. We support both men and women with complex needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Down’s syndrome. Expect plenty of variety: personal care routines, shopping trips, karaoke, pamper days, socialising, community activities, and days out to various places
