Job summary

Lifeways Portsmouth is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help eight individuals with learning disabilities live independently in Paulsgrove. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, encourage participation in activities, and support with meals, finances, and medications in a supportive home setting.

We offer thorough training, career progression, and a range of benefits including pension contributions and paid training days. A driver’s license is preferred but not essential.

Your day might include:

• Providing emotional support and discovering new opportunities
