Job summary

Lifeways Southampton is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team, helping people with autism, learning disabilities and complex health needs live life with independence, dignity and joy.

Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm with full-time and part-time roles; locations SO14, SO16 and SO18 accessible by bus. Lifeways offers training, support and development from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday tasks including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and medication
• Build strong, compassionate relationships with clients
• Support community activities and outings
• Handle challenging moments with calm, confidence and training

• weekend working required
