Job summary

Lifeways Southampton is hiring a Support Worker to help people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs live independently with dignity. You’ll provide personal care, meal prep, and daily support in a compassionate team.

The role offers waking night shifts (10pm–7am) with full training and ongoing support to grow your career in domiciliary care in the Southampton area.
