Lifeways Southampton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs live life with independence and joy.

You’ll support individuals with daily tasks, build relationships, and help them access the community through activities and outings. A UK driver license is required, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

£14 ph

Shifts & Hours

We offer flexibility and consistency to help you thrive:

• Shift patterns: Full time/part time - 7am-3pm/3pm-10pm (flexibility will be key as this could change).
• Alternate weekend working required
