Here at Lifeways in Poole, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
Our services in Poole are single person services, which equates to five separate services where we provide care and support to individuals suffering from learning disabilities and autism. Your job as a Support Worker is to ensure our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability. You may support them to go to work, do personal tasks, perform household jobs, or enjoy their favourite hobby, through to more exciting tasks such as moving into their own home for the first time or planning a holiday.
