Job description

Role: Enabling Support Worker

Please note: This role does not qualify for sponsorship due to the hours available not meeting the Home Office guidelines.

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, your responsibilities include providing support and encouragement based on the person-centered support plan, maintaining accurate records, and potentially administering personal care and medication. There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Horizons is a residential transitional service in Poole, Dorset, supporting up to 13 young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Residents access the community, develop life skills, and pursue further education.
