As an Enabling Support Worker, your responsibilities include providing support and encouragement based on the person-centered support plan, maintaining accurate records, and potentially administering personal care and medication. There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Horizons is a residential transitional service in Poole, Dorset, supporting up to 13 young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Residents access the community, develop life skills, and pursue further education.
