About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role is to provide support and encouragement, taking guidance from both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also need to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults, based in Poole, Dorset. Residents have physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs.
Residents are supported to access the local community, gain life skills, and attend further education and courses. Our core values are central to our work, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes independent living skills and interests.
