As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication if required, and covering sleep-in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults in Poole, Dorset, supporting residents with physical and intellectual disabilities and medical needs.
Residents are supported to access the community, develop life skills, and attend education and courses. Our core values promote an inclusive environment that fosters independence and interests.
