Job summary

Solihull's Real PCS Ltd is seeking caring and reliable Care & Support Workers to provide person-centred care in clients' homes and local communities in Solihull. No prior care experience is required as a comprehensive induction and ongoing support are provided.

Role involves 1:1 support, helping clients maintain independence, and working flexible hours across a two-week rota. Full-time and part-time positions available with a driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Full induction and training provided.
• Probationary period with opportunities for progression in Adult Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Support access to social and community activities.
• Shop and domestic tasks including housework.
• Plan, prepare and cook meals.
• Support and accompany individuals to appointments.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and risk assessments.
• Report concerns or changes in needs promptly.
