Solihull's Real PCS Ltd is seeking caring and reliable Care & Support Workers to provide person-centred care in clients' homes and local communities in Solihull. No prior care experience is required as a comprehensive induction and ongoing support are provided.
Role involves 1:1 support, helping clients maintain independence, and working flexible hours across a two-week rota. Full-time and part-time positions available with a driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Care & Support Workers, providing person-centred care and support to adults in their own homes and within the local community.
Previous care experience is **not essential**, as a comprehensive induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
You will predominantly work on a 1:1 basis and will become part of a small, dedicated care team supporting individuals to maintain and develop their independence, achieve their personal goals and participate in activities that are important to them.
Duties will vary according to the individual needs of the people we support and may include:
Applicants must be available to work flexibly across **Monday to Sunday**, working 4 or 5 days per week on a two-week rota.
The normal rota includes one weekend on and one weekend off.
Working times vary according to the needs of the people we support, with start times from 7:30am and finish times up to 10:30pm.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available:
**Full-time:** 30–36 hours per week
**Part-time:** 16–24 hours per week

Previous care experience is **not required**.
Successful applicants will receive a full induction and training programme before undertaking unsupervised care and support duties.
Following successful completion of the probationary period, there will also be opportunities to undertake a Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.

Appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work checks and an Enhanced DBS check.
The cost of the Enhanced DBS check will be met by the employer.
