Job summary

Airmid Staffing Ltd is seeking Care & Support Workers for Cardiff to assist a 10-year-old male with ASD and learning disabilities, helping him live active, independent days and providing parents with respite. You’ll be outdoors, build positive relationships, develop routines and support community activities, helping him try new experiences and enjoy the things he loves.

We offer £16.50 per hour plus accrued holiday pay, with part-time shifts across weekdays and weekends; drivers welcome but not

Qualifications

• Have experience supporting people with Autism or learning disabilities.
• Caring, patient and approachable.
• Enjoy getting out and about and supporting people to be active.
• Can build strong, positive relationships.
• Driver would be advantageous.
